Start your day with an invigorating hatha class that incorporates breath, alignment, and mindfulness. We will build strength, energy and focus through a series of poses which may include sun salutations, backbends, twists, hip openers, core work, flow sequences and inversions. This is an intermeidate class suitable for active folks with knowledge of the basic postures.
