Come learn about Reiki! This is a practice using spiritually guided life force energy based to restore balance to the body. Reiki induces an alpha (very deep)state of relaxation. Reiki is offered hands on, hands hovering, or at a distance. Join Carolyn Gartner RYT-200, Karuna® RMT for this 90 minute Reiki and Yoga experience. Carolyn has been practicing Reiki since 2004 and has been a Reiki master since 2010. Allow breath, movement, and healing Reiki energy to open the body and restore balance. Breathe and move as soothing music, candlelight and this slow flow Vinyasa practice raise your personal vibration frequency and take you to a place of peace. Enjoy an extended Savasana followed by a Reiki guided meditation/visualization. Emerge energized yet relaxed, ready to maximize the enjoyment of your evening and the weekend ahead.
