    Jill -awesome instructional video! Thank you! I love how you clarified and defined each stage for strength and flexibility. I’m going to incorporate theses postures in my morning workout (wish me luck:) One downside of the video was the quality of sound – I kept wishing I could get the volumn higher.
    Off to try the postures!
