Studio Policies

 We want you to have an amazing experience at Dharma! The following helpful tips will allow you to make the most of your flow:

• Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start time of class. This will also allow you to meet your teacher, ask questions and get your self acquainted with the studio
• Please be on your mat at the start time of class. You're an important part of the whole experience! The precious few moments before class is often the perfect span of time for your mind to catch up to your body - which is needed for you to flow mindfully, pose to pose.
• Please no electronics in the studio room. This includes phones and cameras. If you choose to wear a smart watch, please make sure the display is turned off as to not disturb other clients during class. Talk to us if you have a special circumstance - we can work something out.
• Yoga mats and other props are available for use.

• Advance registration is heavily encouraged!  Doors are locked 5 minutes after class start time for safety and to provide timely services. 
• Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes in advance of class to get settled. 

• All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Membership cancellation policy: memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Schedule is subject to change! Classes may be cancelled due to weather or emergencies and teachers may require a sub from time to time. Please refer to the online schedule for the most up-to-date version.

For safety reasons, we lock the doors 5 minutes after class start time and do not allow late entry after that.  

•  Pre-registration is required for all special events and workshops. Walk-in registration is available only if space permits.
• Late and No Shows: Registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the studio. A refund will be issued for an event that a patron is unable to attend, if requested in writing 48 hours before the event.
