Challenge your strength, flexibility and control with this intermediate-advanced yoga flow. This class moves at a slower pace allowing you to transition with more awareness into and out of advanced postures and challenging sequencing
This dynamic flow class is a blend of traditional Ashtanga Yoga and modern vinyasa flow. Perfect for active beginners to well-seasoned students who would like to build strength, stamina and flexibility both in body and mind. Seasoned practitioners will find themselves playing with new boundaries, while students who are newer to the practice of yoga will gain foundational information appropriate to their level of experience. All students will leave feeling more present and connected to their mind/body.
This class is all about discovering and focusing on what your body can do, rather than can't do. Each week you'll learn different mobility movements and breath exercises to gain a deeper understanding of your body; its physical habits and patterns as well as mental ones that limit or restrict movement.
This class uses different props (balls, blocks, chairs, wall, etc) and movement to explore range of motion. Stretchy, comfortable clothes are recommended.
